What photos do you need?

Please submit up to 12 clear photos of your item, following our guidelines. Include macro close-ups, the serial number or QR code, logo, hardware, and interior/exterior views.

For best results, use natural light and ensure each image is sharp and well-focused. Our certified experts will carefully analyze every detail—materials, stitching, logo, numbering, and finishes—to provide a verified and reliable digital report.

Do you issue a certificate?

Yes. After verification, you will receive a detailed digital report with photos and technical analysis, as well as an authenticated certificate with a unique code that can be verified online.

Delivery times?

Most authentications are completed within 24–48 hours after receiving the required images or the item.
For urgent requests, an Express service is available with shorter turnaround times.

Supported brands

AUTENTICY authenticates items from selected luxury brands, including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Celine, Bottega Veneta, and others.
The service covers handbags, apparel, and accessories. The Hermès brand is not currently included.

Can I authenticate used or vintage items?

Absolutely. Our team also specializes in vintage bags, accessories, and items, including discontinued or rare models.

What happens if the item is not authentic?

You will still receive a detailed digital report outlining the discrepancies found. This allows you to take informed action with the seller, marketplace, or payment provider.

Can I send the item physically?

Yes, upon request, we also offer physical authentication at our partner centers or via secure, insured shipping.

Are my data and photos safe?

Yes. All information and images are handled confidentially and processed securely, in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including the GDPR.
